At Ivy's Dog Shop, quality, safety, and responsibility for you and your dog are our top priorities. On this page, you'll find all the important information about product safety, the origin of our products, and our responsibility as a retailer within the EU.

🛡️ Product safety according to EU law

All our products are selected with great care and subject to strict quality criteria. We work exclusively with certified manufacturers in China and ensure that all items are safe, functional, and perfectly suited for everyday use with your dog.

We carefully check whether products are subject to special marking requirements – such as CE marking – and ensure that all requirements are met. For items subject to CE marking (e.g., electronic accessories), we ensure that all necessary declarations of conformity and documentation are available and that the marking is correctly applied.

📦 Packaging & Environmental Protection

We also take responsibility when it comes to packaging:
Ivy's Hundeshop is registered with the Central Packaging Register (LUCID) and participates in a dual system so that our packaging can be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner - in accordance with the German Packaging Act .

Disposal: Dispose of with household waste. Please observe local regulations.

🚨 Safety instructions for animal toys

Toys only for animals!
Attention: Please supervise your animal during use!
Caution: Make sure the toy fits the size of the animal's mouth – items that are too small can be swallowed!
Caution: Use the product only under supervision!
Caution: Not suitable for children! Keep out of reach of children!
Caution: Remove immediately at the first sign of damage – small parts may cause swallowing!
Caution: Keep packaging out of reach of children and animals!
